MoMo Agent App

Good app, but with a lot of bugs. one minute it's working fine, the next, something is wrong and transactions can not proceed.

Great app, I've been using it for some months and it's quite applaudable. I will like to suggest on the aspect of TAKING SCREENSHOTS, I think the setting should be optional for users. if we can toggle it on and off, it will be of great help. sometimes messages on particular transactions delay or never pop up and U need to send proof to a client because U can't screenshot from app is a little bit frustrating... I hope this review is taken into consideration thanks🙏

This Momo Agent Money app is useful, but it still lacks some important features base on my experience. Firstly, I cannot deposit money directly into customers' accounts through the app unlike the Orange Money Pro app which work very well. Also, receipts for Good Deal activations and airtime transfers do not show the customer's phone number, making it difficult to verify transactions when issues arise. Fixing these points would greatly improve the agent experience. Thank you
