I think the instructions should be more clear. Multiple items are placed together and it's hard to know where to click. Also, I don't see any instructions on how often I am supposed to use the app. Every day is a bit much but a notification would be nice. I also don't know what it means when it asks you to describe an "event."

it was a little hard to use at first but now not to bad.

I like that I can update my daily information to my health care team.
