I was parked at location when I received my first order request. When I went inside to retrieve it I was told that another driver had picked it up. I tried to contact support, but it's my only option was to start a conversation with a bot which didn't even give me prompts that were related to my situation. and you are unable to type what you need. So then you have to just close that conversation. Start a new one, choosing a different prompt, same result 🤦‍♀️

It's OK. You depend on tips mostly and people are not generous all the time. Also sometimes the maps and the way the application connects to it seems to mess with things and it directs me to weird places, like on the other side of the wall of a gated community on a busy road that I can't park on... It also doesn't always send me a notification and doesn't vibrate or make a sound so I miss trip offers and it ruins my steaks and my potential to make the most money.

so I just sat at the go puff place for 4.5 hours. the reason I sat there for so long is because when I finally got my first trip offers and proceeded inside to pick up the order the app closed. and when I tried to restart it, it did the same thing. by the time I was able to actually open my camera to scan the items the order was canceled. then twice after that I waited and waited and waited and 2 times when I accepted an offer it told me I hadn't accepted any recent offers therefore I was offlin
