I really loved this app until the most recent update, which completely changed the ui and some of the functions. With the new update, it's harder for me to tell which bus I am taking and when it will arrive. While I'm on the bus, the app no longer shows me all the stops on the route. It does not show me the full route on screen, and it keeps zooming in to the bus no matter what I do, so I cannot see how close I am to my destination. The notifications now alert me after my stop and not before it.

What a confusing mess! The app identifies the correct route on the map but the schedules make no sense. It tells me I have to wait 2 hours or more for a bus that goes right past our house every 30 minutes. It suggests other routes that involve walking several blocks to a mile to reach them. Yet our local transit service has made this their "official" app. It's easier to wade through the PDF printouts of individual route schedules than to make sense of this app.

After several months of wondering why the app only sometimes remembers the cursor's last location and mostly doesn't, I finally figured out the reason. It will remember it on the next launch only if you had location enabled. This isn't a bug, it's a deliberate design choice which is inconvenient to the user and frankly, scummy.

What's new
The best cyclists in the world took our hometown by storm as they duked it out at the Road World Championships in Montreal this week.
Dodging our cityās infamous potholes, traffic pylons, and cowbell-clad maniacs on electric BIXIs, the winners sped to the finish ā and hey, so does this new and faster version of Transit.
Rate us 5 stars and weāll put some poutine gravy in your bidons.
