About this app

Noji turns PDFs, photos, and YouTube videos into flashcards with AI. Enjoy anki flashcards-style active recall and spaced repetition, without complicated setup.

ā–  Anki flashcards without the learning curve
Love anki flashcards but hate building decks by hand? Advanced Anki workflows can require add-ons, while its technical interface takes time to master. With exams approaching, start studying instead. Noji brings the learning principles of anki flashcards into an intuitive app. Over 90% praised its design; one said their parents could learn it in ten minutes. Upload notes and start anki flashcards-style review. No deck setup.

ā–  SRS: review before you forget
Ever studied with Quizlet, Knowt, or Gizmo, then forgotten everything days later? Review timing matters. Like anki flashcards, Noji lets you rate answers Again, Hard, Good, or Easy. Hard cards return sooner; easy ones later. Its adaptive SRS uses your responses to schedule the next review automatically. If Quizlet, Knowt, or Gizmo leaves you unsure what actually stuck, Noji helps you focus on weak spots. Time spent with Quizlet, Knowt, or Gizmo shouldn't end in forgotten facts. Use anki flashcards-style repetition to remember more.

ā–  Master demanding exams
Noji's SRS schedules reviews around your memory, which is especially useful for MCAT, USMLE, anatomy, biology, law, SAT, and GRE. You can't reread it all. With anki flashcards-style learning, focus on what you forget instead of repeating what you already know. Overwhelmed by studying with Quizlet, Knowt, or Gizmo? Noji prioritizes missed questions and difficult concepts with anki flashcards-style review. Study smarter.

ā–  AI image occlusion and flexible cards
For anatomy, recognizing structures in diagrams is essential. Upload an image and tap Detect with AI: Noji automatically hides labels in seconds. No manual masking. If studying diagrams with Quizlet, Knowt, or Gizmo feels tedious, Noji combines fast AI image occlusion with anki flashcards-style SRS. Create visual questions and customize each flash card with cloze deletions, images, highlights, underlines, and rich text. Practice anki flashcards-style recall.

ā–  AI makes cards. You do the learning.
Photograph lecture slides or upload a long PDF. Noji's AI flashcard maker creates editable questions in seconds. Of course, Quizlet, Knowt, and Gizmo also offer AI study tools. But Noji doesn't stop at creating cards: anki flashcards-style spaced repetition helps you remember them. Using Quizlet, Knowt, or Gizmo but barely memorizing anything, or unsure what to review next? It's time to switch to Noji. Leave behind Quizlet, Knowt, or Gizmo if making cards is easy but retaining them isn't. Start studying for real with anki flashcards-style review.

ā–  Learn languages with YouTube
Noji isn't only for exams. Paste a YouTube link to create flashcards from real English, Spanish, or Japanese conversations. Listening and speaking matter, but vocabulary needs repetition. Noji connects videos you enjoy with anki flashcards-style review, so real expressions stay with you. Tired of generic lists in Quizlet, Knowt, or Gizmo? Learn from videos you enjoy. Turn dialogue into anki flashcards-style vocabulary practice.

ā–  Study anywhere
Create cards on your computer, review on your phone, and keep progress synced. Noji combines AI creation, flexible editing, and anki flashcards-style learning in one routine.

ā–  Why Noji over other study apps?
Compared with anki flashcards, Noji makes studying easier through AI creation and less manual setup. Compared with Quizlet, Knowt, and Gizmo, Noji brings AI card creation, automatic image occlusion, and personalized SRS into one flow. Still forgetting material after Quizlet, Knowt, or Gizmo? Try anki flashcards-style review that prioritizes what you need to remember. For Quizlet, Knowt, and Gizmo users, it means less prep, more learning.

Ads are way too intrusive. As much as I like this app, I find NO REASON for it to start up an Internet game after I finish reviewing cards. Subscription cost is way too expensive for a casual learner. This auto-ad/game thing it does is a deal breaker. As much as I like the interface, I'm going to go back to Anki. Anki is not as robust but, at least I'm not going to get a game that pops up blaring music while I'm in a quiet place studying.

I have been using the premium version of this app for about a year now to lern Japanese and it has been super useful for memorizing vocabulary. the spaced repetition system makes memorizing cards super structured and simple. I also like how easy it is to modify and combine decks and introduce new cards at a stedy rate. there is also a public deck library you can use to find flashcards for numerous topics but I haven't used it much.

Limited use on cards. If you need to study something simple and study it a lot, save your time and money and go to paper. I'm sure it'd be worth it for more complicated subjects, but not for people who need simple vocab/memorization edit: Even with general review, there's a limit on how many cards you can learn a day. I was memorizing 12 cards and ran out quick
