This app is for USAA members with an active auto insurance policy in select states who’ve enrolled in either our USAA SafePilot® or USAA SafePilot Miles™ programs.

This finicky app records all data, stays on in the background 24/7, draining my battery. I "FORCE STOP" the app when not driving. I also turn off all its "PERMISSION SETTINGS" when not in use. It does a great job informing you, yet most of the time, it changes scores so quickly. I went from 100 to 77, back to 99, for no reason. It might be another lead generator app. PROGRESSIVE SNAPSHOT was simple, as it hooked into your ODB and didn't ruin the life expectancy of your mobile device.

Horrible app. Drained the battery on phone. Kept saying that I was driving even though I wasn't. *Update* Now doesn't recognize when I am actually driving. It says I haven't driven in 14 days. I've literally driven every day! ** Another Update** Still a horrible app. Now I'm required to log into it every time I open it. Horribly inconsistent on driving habits. I can stop the same way 3 different times, and get 3 different results about my driving.

I've had USAA for almost 30 years and I've had an excellent driving record. Reward your good drivers with automatic discounts because this app is more of a distraction and hazard than anything. If I'm driving my kids can't use my phone or I'll get dinged. I can't run google maps without getting dinged. If I can't use the map, I'm likely to miss a turn or be a hazard. This whole system needs improvement, including option for my passenger was navigating with my phone or playing music from my devi
