要不是申請簽證需要用到這個程式，不然這真的是一個非常難用的系統。 Expatrio提供的銀行卡上的卡號莫名被更改，導致我很多付款程式（如 googole pay, pay pal）都需要重新設定，而且當初說10/13會寄實體卡給我，拖到了10/25還26我才收到卡片???重點是因為我的卡號莫名奇妙被更改，跟實體卡上的卡號不一樣所以也不能使用了，請Expatrio退我的卡費給我，另外也請你們標明申請實體卡需要付額外卡費，要是知道需要付卡費，我覺得不會申請實體卡🙄🙄🙄，然後現在實體卡還不能用是想怎樣🤩 最後的抱怨，TK保險真的非常貴（但德國的保險好像都是這樣）這部分是我自己沒有自己檢查，但希望可以多多標明每月的保險費是多少，不然人到德國才發現一個月要扣140歐的保險也是很心痛🥲然後TK的行政跟客服真的是……
