App in Mongolia doesn't work fully. Customer service is very bad. Delivery takes too long, others deliver in 3-5 days. Jana Post delivers in 20+ days and that's fast as they say. Payment is very expensive and it's in dollars. Don't know why I must pay in dollars in Mongolia, should be in tugriks and doesn't need to pay through visa card. Doesn't reply to messages on Facebook, ai chat bot answers basic stuff and no problem solving. Worst delivery and service experience. Doesn't recommend at all!!

After installing last version of the app somehow it doesn't recognize my IIN anymore. It says need to verify IIN and phone number same as in eGov system but even when I enter exactly same it gives an error and keeps reminding this verification everytime I open the app. Really annoying, fix it please.
