Update: Still have issues signing in but figured out a work around that works on my phone. 5 stars if I didn't have to do this. Unable to sign in. I continue to receive a timeout error. I loved this app until two or three weeks ago when this started happening. I now have to log-in through my browser and hope for the best. I sometimes get the same message there but I can usually get in after three tries. I'm unable to get in through the app at all.

these people treat you like dirt. rude, disrespectful, customer service is basically extortion. After i canceled my insurance to get a new policy with full coverage, cancelation was completed before the next payment was due they charged me anyway. very expensive, for very little coverage.

it doesn't take your money right when u pay for your bill. it says your payment is scheduled. if your not aware of this and you empty your account your payment will fail.
