The app doesn't work afternoon latest update. 4 out of 5 times, it doesn't even log in. Previously it was better. However, after recent update, it never started in first attempt. It requires multiple attempts to start and select any option and equally slow for each selected option. Waste of time and highly frustrating. Please revoke to the original version.

the app on my phone does not work all the time. I receive an error indicating "remote desktop app detected by app" and closes down". I am not able to launch the app book or check in.

Just fire your developers.. if you cannot fix simple things you should not build apps. With recent AI changes even a 10 year old can build better apps then you. Just give me the contract and I will build a more stable app than this one. 0 stars...
