I used to use the app all the time with no trouble bit recently it stopped working. It let's me put in my order then when I go to pay it says there is an error. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled. I've tried different forms of payment but nothing works. I won't order from the restaurant if I can't use the app. This has been going on for a few months. I love thr restaurant but won't order to-go until the app accepts orders.

The app is mostly user friendly. The gift card payment option is very limited. It will allow multiple gift cards to be added but will only allow ONE to be used as payment. That's a flaw Update: 4/2023 the app still will not allow multiple gift cards to be used for a single order, nor will it allow gift cards to be combined. My college students are not amused by this and have essentially stopped going to Cheddar's because they hate the balky payment issues.

I can login, but what good goes the app do me at the restaurant? The app appears to only allow you to order online, but has nothing regarding eClub benefits at the restaurant. I attempted to add my credit card, but it also for gift card only. The only thing useful I see on the app is the ability to see part of the restaurant menu, but I can see the entire menu on the website, so I'm not sure why anyone would use the app unless they were ordering to go..
