ReBirth: War Strategy Sim

ReBirth is an offline war strategy and nation building simulation. After an earthquake, a flood or years of drought, a province lies in ruins and the rebels of the Shadow Front are filling the vacuum. Rebuild towns, command military units, manage the crisis and win back the people's trust, ideally at the negotiating table rather than on the battlefield.

City building, military strategy and diplomacy in one game: every road you repair, every clinic you open and every unit you deploy changes the stability, support and security of 14 districts on a detailed 3D map.

★ Three maps, three disasters, three strategies
• Tarsel (earthquake): aftershocks bring down unreinforced buildings. Set up tent cities, search and rescue and seismic retrofits.
• Kesra Delta (flood): the river rises every season. Build levees, pumping stations and stilt houses, then farm the fertile silt.
• Varzan Plateau (drought): every district has its own water stress. Drill wells, build cisterns, run water tankers and plant a green belt.

★ Rebuild and manage
40 initiatives: rubble clearing, housing, water, power grids, clinics, schools, markets, local councils and map-specific projects. Manage a monthly budget, pick from 30 policies and watch towns come back to life.

★ Command your forces
Infantry, mechanized units, gendarmerie, special forces, engineers and local militias. Order patrols, assaults or guard duty, but remember: civilian casualties cost you legitimacy.

Recon drones, armed drones, attack helicopters and fighter jets, with 7 research upgrades.

★ Hunt a hidden enemy
Insurgent cells hide, recruit, sabotage and escalate. You need intelligence just to see them: informant networks, checkpoints and patrols.

Reach 100% legitimacy and the insurgents come to the table. Sign the peace deal and win the campaign.
