Hatchling: Virtual Pet Face

Walk, and your pet grows up. Every morning a patterned egg waits in its nest. At 10% of your step goal it hatches, at 40% it is a youngster, at 75% it is fully grown, and at the goal it celebrates with you. Tomorrow a new egg is waiting.

FEATURES
• Eight original pets: kitten, tiger cub, bunny, bear cub, puppy, fox kit, baby dragon and axolotl
• Moods from your real data: asleep at night, tired on low battery, out of breath at a high heart rate, upbeat while you walk, a little peckish when the day's steps fall behind
• A short speech bubble says how it feels, or switch the bubble off
• A stage track along the bottom: egg, hatchling, youngster, grown, goal
• Gentle motion while you look: it breathes, blinks, looks around and hops at the minute

DATA SHOWN
• Large time and the date (with AM / PM in 12-hour mode)
• Today's steps and the steps left to the next stage
• Four complication slots: heart rate, weather, battery and sunrise / sunset by default. Put any complication you like in each pill

SETTINGS

• Pet color: 16
• Habitat: 14 color themes (Meadow, Sunset, Beach, Snow day, Candy, Forest, Desert, Lavender, Starry night, Spring, Mint pop, Autumn, Peach, OLED black)

HOW TO CUSTOMIZE
Long-press the watch face, then tap Customize (or use your phone's watch app) to pick the species, pet color, habitat, scenery, time font, speech bubble, motion and the four complications.

PRIVACY
