The app seems to have gotten worse... seems to take FOREVER to connect to whatever Roomba I'm trying to control (I have 3 of them) or it just doesn't connect at all. I also guarantee it's not my internet or network connections... so I blame the app or the iRobot servers. on a positive note, It seems there has been some extreme mapping improvements from the last time I ran it. It's near perfect. What I really want is the ability to edit the map manually.

Latest app version is poor. Roomba refuses to connect for minutes, finally does, gets stuck in a corner, and then cancelling takes minutes more. Judging from other recent reviews, it's clear that Robot changed some important parts of their app or servers in the past release. I can't recommend this app or product unless they can consistently make it work.

Hi there, we are really sorry to hear about the situation. This is definitely not the experience we want our iRobot family to have, and we'd love the opportunity to turn it around. In order to resolve the issue, could you please email us at appreview@irobot.com?

Robot has worked once. Cannot get it to map or clean without forgetting where it is or getting stuck. Returned one for another new-in-box and second is just as bad. Tried getting it to map 5 separate occasions and it took over 7 hours each time just to not have saved a map at the end. No interest in ever having one of these again.
