Buggy as all hell! Frequently get "Try again soon, couldn't save" when trying to adjust settings. For adding Friends you can either just allow them to add whoever or turn it off completely. How about some nuisance or actual control there? Very disappointing. Work on it Microsoft, this is a terrible experience.

nothing about this app is intuitive. the ui is terrible, there is no crossover between the 15 apps microsoft requires, and even the simplest tasks take an hour to figure out every single time. the only thing it can do reliably is process payments...but only if you add money in increments of $5 and only at a minimum of $10. I'm rating it at 2 stars because everybody knows a 1 star rating is a cheap, angry reaction to something that's probably their own fault. 2 stars is a truly bad product.

xbox systems overall are not well integrated. adding funds to one child's account is often impossible though the app anymore. It's glitchy to the point that I have to manually add a card within the Xbox itself, make the purchase, and then delete my card so that it's not attached to my child's account. Overall barely functional for what we need.
