App just stopped working all together. Can't log in or order at all. Been like this a few weeks now and contacting anyone is impossible. Just useless. Gonna buy another coffee machine because this has become a complete waste of time. I mean, Woolies sell the machine but not the coffee. Ridiculous

Can no longer access any countries apart from Saudi, south Africa and Kuwait. Basically the app got an update and only has the three mentioned countries. As such, I can no longer access my account or place any orders. It was working before the latest update. someone needs to get this fixed.

it seems not to be working, nor are the contact numbers working. The app still does not work, no one answers emails or what app messages. Service is obviously off no importance to Nespresso.
