About this game

EurasianWar is a historical grand strategy simulation in which you rule a real state or people from the third to the twelfth century and set out to unite Eurasia.

The changing world stretches from the Roman and Sasanian empires to Wei, Shu, Wu, Goguryeo and Baekje; from the Huns, Goths, Byzantines and Franks to Tang China, Tibet, the Abbasid Caliphate, Kievan Rus, Song, Liao, the Seljuk Empire and the eve of the Crusades.

Develop and conquer 343 cities across 21 administrative regions. Recruit officers, organize armies, manage diplomacy and direct war across roads and sea routes. Victory comes when you control every city or eliminate every rival power.

Ten grand scenarios cover AD 250 to 1150. Across them, 93 distinct powers are playable through 153 scenario-specific selection slots. Each scenario contains 39 to 66 states, with 10 to 20 available to the player.

A separate campaign mode offers 12 battles for each century from the third through the twelfth: 120 historical battle episodes in total.

----------------------------------------
How to Play
- Choose a year and faction in a grand scenario, or select a historical battle in campaign mode.
- Develop agriculture, commerce, technology, scholarship, defense, public order, harbors and trade in your cities.
- Recruit officers and build armies from multiple unit types. Reinforce them, manage gold and stamina, then move by road or sea route.
- Use alliances, declarations of war, peace agreements and negotiations to control the diplomatic situation.
- When battle begins, command it manually or let the automatic resolver decide. Manual battles feature Charge, Defense and Disruption tactics plus Morale, Heal and Trap special abilities.
- Armies equipped with ship units can travel along sea routes and fight naval battles. There are no separate fleets; land and naval capability are managed within the same army.
- One turn represents one month. Execute the turn to resolve movement, battles, the economy, diplomacy and the actions of every state.
- Track world conquest, control of 21 administrative regions, and the overland and maritime Silk Roads as you plan a long campaign.
