A bit disappointed this time. Placed the order online, my payment went through was given a pick up time. Upon arrival the order was not only unprepared they weren't aware of it. We had to wait more than 10 minutes to get our order and right before completing it they let us know that they were out of rice and queso, we would need to wait 15 MORE minutes. So our bowls had no rice, no queso and we already paid extra for the queso. Aren't these basic ingredients that should be available?

When it works, it's great. More commonly, though, there's always something that just doesn't work. Right now, I add everything to my basket, and I receive "error validating basket" or that it doesn't see the freebird entree reward I want to use. What's the point of rewards when it refuses to acknowledge the item in the basket?

This is the worst restaurant app I have ever used. Constantly freezes up, reloads, and loses all progress and on top of that will just send you to the website half of the time. Doesn't let you cancel an order anywhere clearly after you have put one in, and will automatically add the highest amount of tip that it can (25%) without telling you. You have to look at the receipt and manually put in the "custom amount" if you do not want to tip. Also is not faster than just getting in line yourself.
