- Pressure training that builds nerve one measured dose at a time

- Chapters built on the teaching of respected instructors, including Mark Finkelstein, Larry Nicholson, and Thorsten Hohmann

- Routines for breathing, focus, and recovering mid-match when your game breaks down

- The brain science behind why players miss, and what everyday food, sugar, and light do to a competitive brain

- Your Turn reflection questions after every chapter, so you can turn each lesson into your own training record
