About this ebook

The Digital Declutter Plan is a detailed, practical guide to The Digital Declutter Plan for Overloaded Professionals for readers who want a clear path from understanding the topic to using it confidently in real situations. The book is designed as a structured learning companion rather than a shallow overview: it introduces the core ideas, explains why they matter, then develops them through realistic examples, guided practice, scenario-based explanations, and common mistakes to avoid. Readers are taken step by step from foundational concepts into everyday applications, with each chapter building on the previous one so the material feels progressive, usable, and easy to revisit. The main areas of focus include The Overload Autopsy, Three Professionals, Three Digital Crises, The Peeling Method: Five Layers of Digital Clutter, The Real Cost of Constant Connection, Inbox Peace: The Email Endgame, The Notification Triage, Files That Find Themselves, The App and Subscription Graveyard, The Browser Tab Detox, Saving Your Evenings, giving the book a concrete learning arc that moves from orientation and confidence-building to applied communication, problem solving, and independent practice. The writing style is direct, supportive, and accessible, making the book suitable for self-study, classroom reinforcement, professional development, or personal improvement. It emphasizes practical understanding over abstract theory, so readers can immediately connect the lessons to conversations, decisions, habits, and challenges they are likely to face outside the page. By the end of the book, readers should have not only a stronger grasp of the subject, but also a collection of repeatable strategies, useful language patterns, mental models, and practical routines they can continue applying after they finish reading.

About the author

EUGENIA TURNER is a productivity consultant and speaker who helps overloaded professionals reclaim their attention. For more than fifteen years she worked in senior operations and marketing leadership roles, where she built a reputation for delivering under pressure — and privately drowned in the same email, notification, and meeting overload she now hears described in every workshop she runs. A period of burnout in her late thirties forced her to confront what she had been papering over with productivity apps and longer hours. Out of that reckoning came the thirty-minute method at the heart of this book: a deliberately small system, tested on herself first and then refined with thousands of clients.

Since founding her consultancy, Turner has trained teams at Fortune 500 companies, fast-growing startups, and public-sector organizations across three continents. Her writing has appeared in leading business and productivity publications, and her newsletter, *The Clear Inbox*, reaches readers in more than forty countries. She delivers keynote talks and workshops on attention, digital overwhelm, and sustainable high performance for conferences and corporate audiences. Turner also runs a popular cohort program, The 30-Day Reset, in which groups of professionals complete the plan together and hold one another accountable.

She lives in Austin, Texas, with her family, an unreasonable number of houseplants, and a phone that has every notification turned off. *The Digital Declutter Plan* is her first book.
