Um þessa rafbók
Job was the richest man in the East, blameless and upright, a man who feared God and shunned evil. In a single day he lost his wealth, his servants, and all ten of his children. Then he lost his health. His friends were sure they knew why. They were wrong.
Job Made Simple is a plain-language, Bible-first walk through the whole book of Job. Across nineteen short chapters, you'll follow Job's integrity before the losses, the day everything fell, the seven days of silence, his honest lament, the bad counsel of Eliphaz, Bildad, and Zophar, his cry for a mediator, the confession "I know that my redeemer lives," God's answer from the whirlwind, repentance in dust and ashes, and the restoration, when God gave Job twice as much as he had before. Every chapter opens with Scripture and ends with one clear action step, because difficult information should be made simple for everyday people.
Tested. Answered. Restored. The God of Job is the God of today: the Father who is sovereign over every trial, Jesus Christ the Son of God and Son of Man who is our Mediator and living Redeemer, and the Holy Spirit who comforts us in the ashes.
