The reason I decided to write this kind of a book is to help others setup, what I call the comprehensive home network. (Or in plain English, the Perfect Network.)I have had a couple of home networks but always found them to have some shortcomings. I had a home server that was setup as a file server, web server, print server, FTP server and then a cloud server. I started out hosting my web pages but soon decided not to do that. I have three printers on a wire hooked directly to a network hub and am using an old laptop for a file server with some big USB drives connected to it.
