Interesting story but too many confusing threads. Maybe this is needed to allow the saga to stretch through many other books. I look forward to seeing what has happened to the rest of humanity and if they managed to find a new home.

While the plot is interesting, the writing style at times left me frustrated. Needs a good editor to clean up the grammar and sentence construction.
