You have a CMSRN date. Hold it. Between tonight and then: 471 questions with every option explained, two timed 150-question practice exams, an 11-day plan you can work between twelve-hour shifts. No login, no expiry.
We built this the way a charge nurse precepts, not the way a shelf gets filled. MSNCB delivers 150 items in a three-hour appointment. Of those, 125 are scored and 25 are unmarked pretest items. The 2023 blueprint weights them: 32 percent Patient/Care Management, 21 Nursing Teamwork and Collaboration, 17 Elements of Interprofessional Care. Then 15 each for Holistic Patient Care and Professional Concepts. Teamwork and the professional domains outweigh any single body system, so four days go to them here. Check us against MSNCB's published blueprint. We would rather you did.
What's inside
Five body-system days inside the heaviest domain. Patient/Care Management crosses every adult system: cardiovascular and respiratory, neurological and musculoskeletal, GI, GU, renal and endocrine. Then hematology through infectious disease, and perioperative care and pain.
471 original questions, right and wrong explained. Never a bare key. You finish an item knowing why the safe action is safe, and why the answer that sounds like good nursing loses.
Two 150-question practice exams, the length MSNCB delivers, weighted across all five domains. Pace and stamina stop being unknowns.
A 25-question diagnostic near the end, weighted to the five domains at their real share. Sit it the week before your date as a calibration run.
Original med-surg vignettes from across the floor. Delegation, SBAR handoff, ethics, disaster triage, discharge teaching. The exam scores those items as seriously as the clinical ones. Maybe the last review you bought assumed you had free weekends. Give it three evenings. If the first three days tell you nothing about where you are thin, put it down. An hour, and you are out.
Three readers will recognize themselves. An RN with adult med-surg experience sitting it for the first time. A nurse re-testing after one domain caught them. A floor RN going for the credential on a blueprint-aligned plan. If years on the floor have made the body systems automatic, start at Day 6.
Day 4 is the long one. Hematology, oncology, immunology, infectious disease and fluid balance in one evening, and you'll see why it keeps coming back. Downloaded once, yours to keep.
