Dr. Peter Navarro currently serves as Senior Counselor and Assistant to the President in the Trump White House. During President Trump’s first term, he served as the Defense Production Act Policy Coordinator and as a field general on the front lines of America’s pandemic response, helping ensure the rapid production and delivery of masks, gloves, swabs, ventilators, test kits, medicines, and other critical medical supplies, while driving the rebuilding of domestic medical manufacturing and strategic supply chains.
Throughout the pandemic, Navarro repeatedly clashed with Dr. Anthony Fauci over lockdowns, travel restrictions, therapeutics, testing, vaccines, and the origins of COVID-19.
