About this ebook

Set in London and Greece, this is the sequel to Sidney Sheldon's The Other Side of Midnight.

The novel traces Catherine Alexander from a Carmelite convent in Ioannina, where two nuns shelter her after a near-fatal storm on the lake.

Sheldon places the traumatised young woman in London under the protection of Constantin Demiris, unaware of the billionaire's hidden motives. The London offices of the Hellenic Trade Corporation provide her routine employment, while recurring nightmares torment her with fragments of the past.

Athens remains the dangerous hub of Demiris's global empire, where the ruthless tycoon orchestrates retribution against everyone who crosses him.

  • Crime Thriller: A sensational Athens murder trial ended with a firing squad executing Larry Douglas and Noelle Page for a crime that was never committed.
  • Amnesia: Rescued with only a golden bird pin and no memory of her identity, Catherine must piece together fractured flashbacks before a shadowy killer strikes again.
  • Race Against Time: On Wimpole Street, psychiatrist Alan Hamilton uncovers a deadly plot aimed at Bond Street.
  • Also by This Author: Sidney Sheldon's Chasing Tomorrow, Sidney Sheldon's The Tides of Memory and Sidney Sheldon's Angel of the Dark.

I don't have the first book but this is amazing! Full of suspense although you might want to read the first so as not to ask questions.😀
