The Chateau Made Me Do It

She's here for the wine, not the men.

The chef is definitely not on the menu.

And yet, against the odds.... they might make the perfect pairing.

After a disastrous divorce, Mabel has made herself a promise: no more romance. From now on, she’s concentrating on rebuilding her life and career. So when her boss sends her undercover to a French vineyard, Mabel has one just aim: pinpoint its weaknesses and help him buy it for a bargain.

But as soon as she arrives at beautiful Chateau Beaumont, with its sun-kissed vineyard and charming owner, Mabel is enchanted. Add delicious food and wine, and betraying this delightful place suddenly feels impossible.

And then there’s Kit.

The gorgeous, grumpy chef gets under Mabel’s skin from the moment they meet. She might have sworn off men, but fate has other ideas.

As sparks fly, and with her secret mission ever harder to hide, Mabel must decide: save the chateau and lose everything she’s worked for, or walk away from the place – and the man – that have made her believe in second chances...

A deliciously funny, feel-good romantic comedy bursting with sour grapes, flying corks and tangled secrets... 🍷
