I found this book very helpful... Especially offered inventories on relationship and life in general. This book helped me to hang on on no contact after break up. I found helpful to find explanation that my feelings are valid but even tho I feel sad and overwhelmed after break-up it did not mean I made a wrong decision. Strongly recommend this book as a great resource for support and personal growth
