Another point I found interesting is the attention given to women's hormonal changes, exercise, recovery, and progress beyond the number on a scale. These topics give the guide a broader perspective than weight management alone.

Dia provides a really good introduction into intermittent fasting for beginners with this book. It provides a step-by-step guide with success stories showing that it's achievable along with resources that gets you started. She also discusses different types of fasting such as gut health, insulin resistance water fasting and so much more. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
