Alan Philps

Alan Philps, the author of The Red Hotel: Moscow 1941, the Metropol Hotel, and the Untold Story of Stalin's Propaganda War, served as Moscow correspondent for Reuters and The Daily Telegraph. He has been foreign editor of The Telegraph and editor of The World Today, the Chatham House magazine. Alan lives in England.
