Samwise Didier

S amwise Didier is a world-renowned artist and art director. For 32 years Sam served as Blizzard Entertainment’s Senior Art Director and was responsible for creating and directing the art styles for such franchises as Warcraft, StarCraft, Diablo, Heroes of the Storm, and Warcraft Rumble. As an artist, Sam created some of Blizzard’s most iconic pieces of artwork and is known as the creator of the much beloved Pandaren. Outside of Blizzard, Sam has written and illustrated numerous books such as Grimbeard: Tales of the Last Dwarf, Strange Highways and Skinner (with Micky Neilson), The Last Winter, How to Draw Mythical Monstersand Magical Creatures, and Brütal: The Art of Samwise.
