And busting out of Chattahoochee State Hospital ... without his meds!

The thrill-killing Floridaphile needs to get to the bottom of his bookie grandad's bizarre 1964 death -- not to mention launch "Serge & Lenny's Florida Experience," the new Miami specialty tour venture he's cooked up with his best brain-dead druggie-buddy.

Armed with a dashboard plastered in Post-it notes, Serge navigates South Beach in a battered sixty-seven Cougar. Everything is proceeding according to plan. In Serge's head, at least.

Tracking down twelve missing diamonds from the infamous Star of India jewel heist means interrogating retired mobsters, dodging FBI snipers, and turning sightseeing into a contact sport. It is an airtight business model. Barring the stray gunfire.

It's all good. For Serge A. Storms, anyway. Not so much for anyone else.

Dark Humor: Serge invades luxury suites at the Eden Roc to hold terrified vacationers at gunpoint while forcing them to watch vintage Lucille Ball episodes.

Dual Timeline: The mystery jumps between modern chaos and 1964 Miami, weaving together the Beatles at the Deauville, Cassius Clay training on Fifth Street, and an unsolved museum burglary.

Unlikely Hero: An unmedicated vigilante who sincerely loves Florida history wages a one-man war against rude drivers, telemarketers, and organized crime syndicates.

Race Against Time: When a mob hit turns sideways at the executive airport, Serge scrambles to protect his bewildered hostages while plotting a bizarre preemptive strike against boss Carmine Palermo.
