See the seconds in quarter-minutes and how much of your shift is left, in one glance.
Tick & Tally is a clear, high-contrast watch face for nurses and anyone who works shifts. The outer ring is split into four 15-second quarters marked 15, 30, 45 and 60: the current quarter lights up and fills as the seconds tick, with a large seconds number in the middle. Inside it, a shift ring fills as your shift goes by, and the gap at the bottom shows how long is left, or how long until your next shift starts.
GOOD TO KNOW
• The seconds ring only moves while the watch screen is awake. When the screen dims to the always-on view, the seconds are hidden, so tap the watch to wake it before timing anything. A 15-second count usually fits inside your watch's screen timeout; longer counts may need you to tap the screen again.
• It is a convenience for glancing at the time, not a clinical timer, and it is not a medical device.
• Your shift is one repeating daily shift that you set yourself (start hour and length). It does not read a rota or calendar, so change it in Customize when your shift changes.
FEATURES
• 15-second quarter ring (marked 15, 30, 45, 60), big seconds number and quarter pips
• Shift ring with the time left ("8h 52m LEFT") or the time until your next shift ("NEXT IN 8h 52m")
• 12 shift start times from 6:00 to 23:00 and shifts of 8, 10 or 12 hours; shift times follow your phone's 12/24-hour setting
• Big time in 9 type styles, with an optional leading zero (07:05)
• 7 complication slots: two vitals boxes, two pills and three app shortcuts
• No empty spots: your heart rate, steps, battery and weather show until you choose something else

HOW TO CUSTOMIZE
Touch and hold the watch face, then tap Customize (on some watches: Edit or the gear icon). Swipe through the settings, then tap a box, a pill or a shortcut to choose what it shows. Set your shift start and length under Shift start and Shift length.
COMPATIBILITY
Works on Wear OS 5 and newer watches (Pixel Watch, Galaxy Watch and other Wear OS watches). Install it from the Play Store on your phone or on the watch.
Tick & Tally is a watch face only. It is not a medical device and does not measure or interpret your pulse: heart rate and other values come from your watch. It has no ads and collects no data.
Nurse watch face: a quarter-minute seconds ring and a countdown for your shift.
