Your AANP FNP date is set. Between now and then: 517 questions with every option explained, two full-length 150-item practice exams, a 14-day plan that walks primary care across the lifespan. No login, no expiry.
We built this the way a preceptor runs a board review, not the way a shelf gets filled. AANPCB revised the FNP blueprint in 2024, and every page here is written to that version. You sit 150 items in three hours. 135 of them are scored, and 15 are pretest items you cannot identify. Four process domains carry the exam. Assess takes 32 percent, Diagnose 26.5, Plan 26.5, Evaluate 15. Over those sits an age mix running newborn to older adult, weighted toward the later years. Both practice exams carry the same proportions, so the exam asks nothing in a shape you have not sat. Check us against AANPCB's published blueprint. We would rather you did.
What's inside
517 original questions, every option explained. Each sits at provider level: the working diagnosis, the first-line management, and the red flag you cannot afford to miss.
Two full-length exams at 150 items, weighted to the four domains and the age mix, sharing no question between them. The score you read at the end is honest.
A 35-question diagnostic before Day 1. It finds your weak system and your weak process domain in the same sitting.
Fourteen days by clinical system, across the lifespan. Cardiovascular through geriatrics, with women's health and prenatal, pediatrics, and the professional role each holding a day.
Original clinical figures. Staging ladders, decision paths, red-flag maps, the immunization timeline, and the assess-diagnose-plan-evaluate loop itself. Maybe the review book on your shelf reads like nursing school with harder words in it. Give this one three evenings. Work Day 4 and see whether your thyroid and diabetes thresholds survive a stem written at provider level. If they do, put it down. An hour is all it cost.
It was written with three readers in mind. An FNP student sitting the AANP exam for the first time. A new graduate revising between clinical hours. Someone back for a second attempt who wants the 2024 blueprint. If prenatal and women's health are already your day job, start at Day 6.
Day 12 is heavy going. Hematology, immunology and infectious disease in one evening, most of it threshold work. You'll find it pays for itself twice over. Downloaded once, yours to keep.
